Weight Loss and Keto Done Right w/ Recipe Included

 

I've got a question for you friend, what do you think about when it comes to losing weight? Do you assume that you will have to go without the foods you love and feel hungry most of the time? 

While this is true for most fad diets that leave people feeling lethargic and with no energy, it doesn't have to be true for you.

My commitment to you is that I teach you to how to never have to diet again, that you feel total freedom around food, and learn how to alleviate the feelings of restriction and deprivation for good.

I don't ever want you to go back to the old habits that pile the pounds back on (again). Of course, your diet plays an important role in your weight. Most doctors will agree that to lose weight in a healthy and balanced way it's important to make proper lifestyle choices, but is that enough? 

 

What if you have an idea of what to eat, but life gets in the way and you don't FEEL like eating that way.

You have a bit of confusion around what actually works, since you are eating everything right and the weight stays stuck. 

 

This is where my coaching and our support group come in, I teach you exactly what I did to lose 70 pounds, and most recently dropped another two pant sizes. I teach you how to shift your mindset and thoughts, so you CAN follow through even when you don't feel like it.

Here is the bottom line, when you show up knowing exactly what to eat with persistence, determination and a willingness to do the work...and remain coachable and committed...you will lose the weight. 

Here's an example: One of my clients,  Julie had tried everything to lose weight and finally came to me, she followed everything I taught, even when she didn't feel like it and she lost 56 pounds!! Susan also came to me, but Susan had lost weight in the past and even though I taught her what to do (her body likely changed and had some hormone stuff going on), she remained committed to doing things her way and only lost a  fraction of what Julie lost.

Here is a tasty Keto friendly recipe using the foods in the guide above.

BREAKFAST- CURRY BAKED EGG & AVOCADO CUPS

 

Serves 1 

(Calories: 374, Fat: 31g, Protein: 15g, Net Carbs: 2g) 

 1 large avocado 

2 eggs 

1 teaspoon curry powder 

sea salt and black pepper, to taste 

2 tablespoons fresh, chopped cilantro 

 PREHEAT OVEN. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. 

 PREPARE AND BAKE EGG AND AVOCADO CUPS. Slice the avocado, lengthwise, around the pit. Twist the 2 avocado halves apart. Place the half without the pit into a baking dish. Remove the pit from the second half and place in the baking dish. Next, crack 1 egg into each avocado half. Bake for about 15 minutes until the eggs are firm.  

 TOP AND SERVE. Top each avocado half with curry powder, sea salt, black pepper, and cilantro before serving.
