Ever wish you could just let go of the frustration of weight loss, and get to your goal without all the drama? How many times have you tried the newest rave everyone is talking about with great excitement and hope, but then it doesn't work for you?
I personally want you to spend time on things that matter.
Not on figuring out what you can and can't eat, what to cook that somehow everybody in the family will actually eat, and what is and isn't on your diet this week.
Don't get me wrong, health is important and if you don't have your health life gets really hard. But I want to help you let go of all the frustration, and give you that step-by-step instruction that actually works.
In today's Podcast episode I'm sharing what overwhelm really is, and how you can move past it with clarity and clear understanding, to streamline your efforts.
As a self proclaimed over-achiever I am known for going all-in!!
There were many years of going all in on dieting and trying everything I could to lose weight, yet year after year, nothing worked.
Until it did.
What if I would have quit, I wouldn't have lost 70 pounds or be sitting here smaller than I was on my wedding day in my 20's.
I did a lot of work on my mindset through the years and that's why I stress this so much to you...Master your mindset and master your weight.

It's likely going to feel like one more thing you have to add to your already over scheduled day if you plan to figure it all out on your own, with fear of failure in the background.
If this sounds about right, you'll want to listen in.
Get to the bottom line of what works and how you can eliminate overwhelm.
You will find this, of course, requires that you’re clear on your priorities and sticking to your plan, without expectation of perfection and mastery without any help.
Instead, you experience freedom and a feeling of satisfaction, knowing you have a clear plan, support to take deliberate action, and confidently doing what really matters, while ignoring the rest.
